Professor Brian Cox beaks own record for science tour ticket sales

Guinness World Records are delighted to reveal that Professor Brian Cox, OBE has broken his own existing title for ‘Most tickets sold for a science tour’, having sold out the additional arena shows added to his Professor Brian Cox Live UK and Ireland tour.

In total, over 150,000 tickets have been sold for Professor Brian Cox Live, inclusive of the original dates (which began in September 2016) and the extra dates added in May 2017 to cater to phenomenal demand.

The UK leg of the tour will conclude at its biggest venue to date, Wembley Arena, in front of an 8,700 capacity crowd on 26th May 2017, before taking in four European dates.??Taking audiences to the edge of our current understanding about the origin and evolution of the Universe, Professor Cox offers a fascinating insight into the workings of nature at the most fundamental level.
